Kaela just had her big #4 birthday. Since Lee was taking off, we started celebrating on Tuesday. We went to a Mexican restaurant with a huge play place. It is two stories tall and gets very crowded at night.
That night we sang to her and had cake and ice cream.
My mom is very good at cake decorating – good enough to make a wedding cake and I always have such high hopes for my own. They seldom turn out. But this one looked pretty cute and Kaela was so excited to have a rainbow cake.
On Friday we had muffins and Orange Julius, a picnic with bubbles at the park, chicken nuggets for dinner, and more cake and ice cream. For presents she got a sprinkler to play outside, a book, stickers, and an outfit from Grandma.
